MainStay Suites Greensboro

I'm currently staying at MainStay Suites in Greensboro, NC and when I say their customer service is top tier! The whole staff have been available, kind, on top of their game. Denise at the front desk is awesome! Bailey the GM will make sure your stay is right, from satisfaction with your room. Anything you need they will do it with a smile. I work in customer service so when I see great customer service I will give credit where credit is due! If you want a nice room at a great rate, great customer service this is the place. The rooms are big, it's no loud noises, smell of cigarettes or weed. None of that! It's very clean here and they have good amenities.

Ms.Kay did a amazing job on my room.. her customer service was beyond great.. will definitely recommend her to my family and friends who traveling out of state

Larissa Carol does excellent customer service a true sweetheart hard worker dedicated keeps the place clean always on top of laundry etc very friendly does her job well she's very professional always trying to keep the customers satisfied and the (general manager Mr Bailey )he genuine a true sweetheart sticks his neck out and go hard for his job he's a people person get along with everybody and get things done,very professional hard worker does his job well welcomes everyone with open arms a blessing to this establishment I'm glad I came here would definitely recommend to others

I had the opportunity with chatting with Denise a few times. She is always pleasant and personable. Anytime there is an issue, she takes the time to listen to what’s going on and always have open communication. Even though she is new she has taken on multiple challenges with a smile and grace. She is definitely the one that needs to continue to stay at Mainstay Suites.

I recently checked out this past weekend after staying here since early December. The room is a great size, and they’re clean as well. Great price as well when you book weekly. The main thing that needs recognition though, is the staff. Most of them are very friendly and very helpful. Denise, however, is absolutely exceptional. She really goes above and beyond to make sure the quality of EVERYONE’s stay exceeds their expectations as well as company standards. Choice Hotels really hit the jackpot with Denise and they need to know it! If they’re looking to fill a management position then they’ve already found it with her and I hope she gets the recognition she deserve. Thank you Denise for making my stay such a comfortable time and going the extra mile to make me feel at home!

Overall a nice clean quiet place to stay. However, we have been waiting all week for a plumber to repair a clogged drain in kitchen sink. We have asked front desk when we can expect the plumber to arrive to unclog the drain, we are told the plumber should be there tomorrow. It's been 4 days going on 5, still no plumber! Inconvenient when you have to wash dishes in the bathroom sink! Why not just be upfront and tell us, you're not sure when the plumber is coming?

I have had my fair share of staying at different hotels but this one sticks out totally different from others. The staff is amazing which includes, Mr. Bailey, Miss Denise (front desk help),Viveon (front desk help), and all the housekeepers!! They make you feel at home. It is very spacious, clean, quiet and convenient. Wouldn’t have it any other way! I thank everyone involved for a peaceful, safe and enjoyable stay! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND OVER OTHER SUITES IN THE TRIAD!!

Denise is literally the sweetest & nicest person! She goes out of her way to make sure her guests are comfortable!
